Our Mission

To provide temporary shelter for homeless, abused or unwanted animals, to place animals into humane environments, and to provide programs, services and education to promote the humane treatment of animals.

OUR PURPOSE

The prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, and the extension of humane education.

Open for the Adoption of animals Monday through Saturday
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
 

Adoption Fees:

Adult dog or cat:  $35 adoption fee (Includes spay or neuter, first shots and worming)
Puppy or kitten:  $35 adoption fee (Must have pet checked immediately by vet and give LCARL proof of spay or neuter as soon as pet becomes of age for treatment.)
